POWERBUILDING
Most powerbuilding programs are a strength plan with a few extra arm exercises tacked on. This one isn't that.
Every block pairs your squat, bench, and deadlift progression with real hypertrophy volume for the muscle that actually builds your total — legs, back, chest. Neither side is an afterthought. You'll finish each block heavier on your lifts and visibly more built, because that's the actual point of powerbuilding.
How it works
Tell it your current maxes and the program builds every working weight around them — no charts, no manual math, no guessing what to load the bar with. As you move through the blocks, the plan adjusts the demand so you're always training at the right intensity for where you are, not where a generic plan assumes you should be.
RPE is built in throughout, so on the days your body isn't quite matching what the program expects, you've got a way to adjust on the fly without losing the plot of the block.
Why it holds up over time
Once you've run through it, update your maxes and go again. There's no rebuilding from scratch, no plateauing because the plan doesn't know you got stronger — it's built to keep working for you block after block, not just once.
Who it's for
If you're newer to structured training, you'll get a genuine foundation in the big three lifts. If you've been at this a while, you'll get a plan that keeps demanding more without you having to constantly redesign your own programming. Either way: heavier lifts, more muscle, and a plan that doesn't go stale after one run-through.
